This Level 2 accredited training by International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Education is the gold standard around the world. You will be receiving coach training directly from an experienced coach actively working with business leaders across a range of industries globally.

This programme is designed with you in mind. Featuring in-person and virtual coach training, with demonstrations, coaching exercises, observations, verbal and written feedback. It includes the required group and individual mentor coaching, asynchronous assignments, case studies and coaching practice culminating with a final performance evaluation assessment.

• Offers an ‘all inclusive’ 147 hours spread over ten months, designed as a complete pathway towards your application of the Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC) and in due course the Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) certification from the ICF
• The virtual and in-person modular training welcomes internal and external coaches, HR, executives, directors, leaders and managers
• Effectively completing the full programme will gain you a certificate from Change Advantage Ltd acknowledging your ICF Level 2 completion
• Successful participants with this certificate certificate can progress to acquiring their 100+ hours of coaching experience enabling them to apply for their ACC credential with the ICF or with 500+ hours their PCC credential with the ICF

As Programme Director Saima at Change Advantage is an ICF Master Certified Coach, a Certified Mentor Coach and a member of the ICF and Association of Coach Training Organisations, ACTO.

Dragana Prijanovic, a Professional Credential Coach, also a Certified Mentor Coach, member of the ICF and will be sponsoring and training the programme.

Through experiential practice, shared learning and leaning upon the ICF Core Competencies as a guide, emphasis will be on developing clarity for you as an individual, your cultural identity, vision, values, beliefs and behaviours to serve as an ethical and professional coach.

METHODOLOGY

147 hours delivered across ten months. The Synchronous Learning (SL) aspect of the programme will be delivered virtually and in-person. Throughout the programme there will also be Asynchronous Learning (AL). See this as homework away from the ‘training room’ and will include reviewing videos for comment, case study assignments, co-coaching practice and recording & transcribing your own coaching away from the training room for mentor coaching.

Please check that you are available for all aspects of the training. Your certification may be impacted if you do not attend the hours required. Please let us know in advance if there are any personal reasons which preclude you from attending. Participants are advised to ‘catch up’ by speaking with their co-learners.

Fee includes:

• Training materials and access to on-line learning platform
• Change Advantage Certificate of Completion of ICF Coaching Education Level 2 programme in accordance to your full attendance and contribution to the training provided

• Application to ICF for ACC or PCC credentialing
